The meeting conducted in-depth exchanges around the development trends, technological innovation, industry collaboration, and global promotion of the RWA ecosystem, showcasing the latest achievements in compliance, transparency, and sustainable development.

After the forum, we conducted exclusive interviews with multiple guests. This article is the interview record of Mr. Haddad Oussama, Global Ambassador of Sikka, who shared his thoughts and practices on Sikka's global RWA ecosystem layout, as well as insights into the future development of the industry.

Haddad Oussama
Haddad Oussama has years of experience in blockchain project operations and international cooperation, with long-term focus on the industrial application of AI and RWA integration. How do you evaluate the strategic value of this Asia RWA × AI Summit Forum in promoting industrial innovation and global digital asset development?

It is a great honor to participate in this Asia RWA × AI Summit Forum. The meeting gathered top experts from finance, blockchain, and artificial intelligence fields, providing forward-thinking for the future of the RWA industry. The vitality of the Asian market is impressive, and the combination of technology, regulation, and capital has given the RWA ecosystem an initial scale. For Sikka, this forum is not only a stage for display but also an opportunity for industry exchange. We hope that through Sikka's technical framework, real-world assets can achieve trusted, verifiable, and computable circulation on-chain, building a transparent and sustainable digital financial infrastructure.

From a global financial perspective, how do you think the deep integration of AI and RWA will reshape capital flow and risk management models?

AI and RWA integration is not only a technological innovation but also an inevitable path for the reconstruction of the global financial system. AI empowers asset identification and risk assessment, enabling machines to "understand value"; blockchain ensures traceable ownership confirmation and circulation. The combination of the two transforms the traditional model relying on trust intermediaries into an algorithm-driven trust system (Algorithmic Trust). This means finance will enter a new stage of "data trustworthiness, automated rules, transparent auditing".

Sikka in AI-empowered RWA ecosystem construction, what strategic role and value support does it play?

Sikka positions itself as an "AI-driven RWA public chain ecosystem", with the core of building a global trust infrastructure for real asset digitization. Through verifiable evidence packages generated by AI models (Model Card + Fingerprint + ProofRef), Sikka makes the judgment process of AI traceable and trustworthy. We not only confirm asset ownership but also ensure that every valuation and risk judgment has on-chain records, achieving the computability of trust.

In the context of increasing attention to compliance and privacy protection, what innovative mechanisms has Sikka adopted to achieve secure, transparent, and verifiable asset circulation?

From the initial design, Sikka regarded "compliance" and "privacy" as equally important goals. We achieve an innovative model of "proving compliance without disclosing privacy" through SPDL policy language, ZK-KYC, MPC, and selective audit mechanisms. In this system, enterprises, regulators, and users can collaborate multi-laterally, meeting legal requirements while protecting data security.

Looking ahead to the upcoming Dubai Summit, what topics are you most concerned about? What strategic outcomes do you hope this conference will achieve in promoting the globalization and technological implementation of RWA?

Dubai has strategic advantages in the global digital economy and compliance innovation. I hope the summit can further strengthen international standard collaboration, promote the global institutional implementation of RWA, and also attract more institutions from traditional finance and real industries to jointly explore the compliant application of RWA and AI risk control systems. Sikka will also use more mature technical solutions to help the industry enter a new stage of globalization.

Next stop, Dubai: A New Journey for the Global RWA Ecosystem

Sikka Global Ambassador Haddad Oussama stated that the integration of RWA and AI is a key step in reshaping the global financial trust system. Through open cooperation, compliance innovation, and standard co-construction, the RWA ecosystem is moving from regional exploration to global collaboration. With the improvement of node networks and the acceleration of asset digitization, in the near future, RWA will become the core engine driving the high-quality development of the global digital economy.
