How to Top-Up Your USD Virtual Card

Step 1: Log In

• Open the DigiFinex App, go to the main homepage and select the "Card" option to enter the Card Service Zone.
• or visit https://www.digifinex.com/en-ww/n/card  and log in to your account.

         Tap the "Deposit" button and enter the EUR amount you wish to top up.

Additional Information

1. The deposit amount will be deducted from your spot account on the DigiFinex website. （Please ensure that your USDT balance in the spot account is sufficient.）
2. If your spot account does not have sufficient USDT, you can transfer funds to DigiFinex via an on-chain transfer. Once the transfer is successful, your available balance on the page will update accordingly. Typically, on-chain transfers take 5–10 minutes to process.
3. Please be extremely cautious when selecting the correct blockchain network. Using the wrong chain can result in the loss of your assets. Avoid experimenting or taking unnecessary risks.
