Swipe payment suddenly failed (it was successful before) | The reason is that “the number of failed payments has reached the limit”: a single transaction less than $1.1 and 3 consecutive failed transactions; more than 6 consecutive failed transactions (incorrect password, incorrect CAPTCHA, card number, CVV, etc.) will result in a card lock. |
